For nearly 7 years, I have tried to get my daughter to carve pumpkins with me. Each year I would bribe, beg and plead to get her to do it with me. She was so grossed out by it that I never pushed. I NEVER in a million years thought I would hear her say the words “Mom. Pumpkin carving is fun!” This year she cleaned and even carved the pumpkin herself! I was so excited that she joined me in the fun.
